Little Girls and Dance

A couple months ago it hit me that my girls are getting big. They are not babies or even toddlers any more but full blown kids! As much as this makes me happy it also makes my heart hurt. I just love, and mean LOVE, these little girls. They are my best friends and constant entertainment. With them getting bigger I thought it was time to get them involved in some fun activites. Staying at home or going to the park was just not gonna cut it anymore. So I enrolled them in dance!

Scarlett takes cheer with Centri and Alice is in a tap and ballet combo class (even though she always forgets on pair of her shoes so she usually just does one). They love going to a real dance studio and I love spending an hour with just Jack. We had fun picking out dance clothes and getting them all ready to go. I never took dance so this is all new to me but we are learning pretty fast that it is pretty fun. Every Wednesday at 3:45 we jump in the car and go to  "real dance studio and not just the gym dance class" as Alice calls it. By far their favorite part is the fun music they get to dance to and the suckers they give them after class. These girls are a complete joy to raise and I am so blessed to have them be part of my life!
