So far, so good. This pregnancy has be very similar to Scarlett's, smooth sailing. I have the usual ailments: heart burn, minor back pain, feeling like "popping". I love that I am still able to stay busy and get things done. Amazingly, I have not had to slow down at all. I want to go the full 40 weeks this time so I guess I better start laying low. This baby is not a kicker, she loves to just roll around. Her time of day to exercise is 4-5 am, not too fun for me. We are all getting super excited to meet her and have her join our family. I finally washed her little clothes and got the bassinet ready. It is amazing how small it all is, they grow up fast. We only need to do one last thing... decide on a name. We have nothing and I mean nothing. Nick and I just can not decide. We asked Scarlett and she says to name her "baby". That just might be it.
Scarlett started to say "I love you". It comes out "I wuuuv you". It melts our hearts. She will say it over and over when we lay her down to bed: "bye bye, I wuv you. bye bye I wuv you". This morning she was quite grouchy so Nick made her a special chocolate milk treat. She takes a drink and says "mmmm yummy, I wuv you". The grouchies were all gone after that. We wuv you too!
